Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri).
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland)

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
Domestic (New Zealand): 
Transit Time: 2-4 business days

Rural Deliveries: May take an additional 1-2 business days.

Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or remote locations may occasionally result in delays.

Outside of Auckland – Including South Island and Rural addresses - NZ$18.50
Express Delivery – Auckland and Wellington CBDs only - NZ$10.00
Click and Collect – in store - FREE
E-Gift card / Membership (Sent by email) - FREE

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website and keep an eye on its journey to you.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order (such as the delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
