1. Membership Benefits

• Exclusive member-only rates on selected treatments and products.
• Priority access to promotions and special events.
• Complimentary birthday treat (conditions apply).
• Bonus gifts or skin analysis with qualifying top-ups.

2. Validity
Membership is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase or activation.
All benefits and credits must be used within the membership period.

3. Top-Up & Usage
Minimum top-up amount applies to activate membership benefits.
Prepaid credit can be used for any eligible treatment or product.
Membership credit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

4. Transfer & Sharing
Membership is non-transferable.
However, treatments may be gifted to friends or family upon request and approval.

5. Appointment & Cancellation
Appointments are required for all services.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any deduction from your credit.

6. Price Match Policy
We are happy to match prices from eligible clinics offering the same treatment using the same original equipment and products.
Proof of competitor pricing and service details must be provided.
Price matching must be requested before payment.

7. Changes to Policy
JP Medispa reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the membership at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
