1. Redemption

• Gift cards can be used toward any JP Medispa treatment or product.
• They can be redeemed in-store only and must be presented at the time of appointment.
• Bookings are essential; we do not accept walk-ins.
  
  

2. Validity

• All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
  

3. Usage & Balance

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
• Remaining balance can be used for future visits within the validity period.
  
  

4. Transferability

• Gift cards are transferable and can be gifted to a friend or family member.
• Please inform us in advance if someone else will be using your gift card.
  

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat your gift card like cash. JP Medispa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  

6. Promotions & Memberships

• Gift card credit can be used to purchase memberships or be applied toward discounted treatments, unless specified otherwise in promotion terms.
  
  

7. Custom Gift Options

• We offer beautiful physical gift cards as well as digital versions for last-minute gifting.
• Gift cards can also be personalised with a name and message upon request.
